Shipping Information

Mainland USA : free shipping

Hawaii USA:  (Military zone) requires a 600 dollars shipping fees

Canada : 600 dollars shipping fees

Mexico : 600 dollars shipping fees 

United Kingdom : 650 dollars shipping fees

Dubai : 580 dollars shipping fees

 

​The shipping process:

​

​1.  the cargo (electric scooter) leaves our workshop to the shipping company's warehouse.

2. the shipping company packages it and send it to the sea port after a couple of days.

3. The ship ( cargo vessel) sets sea to overseas to your local country. takes about 30 to 40 days  no tracking available during this period.

4. once the cargo gets to the destination port and clears customs, the cargo is sent to the destination shipping company warehouse.

5. at the shipping company warehouse, they will schedule truck delivery to the customers doorstep after a couple of days paperwork.  

6. a local truck company will pick up the cargo and issue a tracking number at the same time they will call the customer make delivery appointment arrival date.

7 the customer receives the cargo (electric scooter) and signs for it.

8. the customer has to take photos and a video of the electric scooter within 24 hours for us to confirm arrival.

Shipping takes 55 to 70 days from time of export to time of delivery to your door.  However shipping may take longer depending on supply chain availability and unforeseen shipping delays. Therefore placing your order early allows for timely delivery. 

​

Sometimes a carrier (ship) container may encounter random inspection by customs. if that may occur, the inspection may take 15 to 30 days to complete. This is considered as part of the unforeseen delays and customers would have to wait a bit longer for delivery of their scooter. This delay is out of our control and we can only monitor the time when the inspection is completed to proceed with delivery.

Our scooters are designed to be durable and not easily damaged.  However in the case there is a need for fixing, our scooters can be easily fixed in any bicycle or motorcycle shop due to its simplistic design or contacting us for any damaged parts on arrival or any part damaged on our behalf.

UNPACKING AND PUTTING YOUR SCOOTER TOGETHER FOR THE FIRST TIME

​

The Scooter comes fully assembled in a 2 meter long wooden crate.  The  front handlebar will be lowered and the customer will have to move it back up in place and tighten up the screws. 

​

YOUR SCOOTER PACKAGING INCLUDES:

1. The complete scooter

2. Battery Charger or chargers

3. Lithium ion battery pack

4. Other accessories depending on which scooter was purchased.  please refer to the specifications and features of each model.
